2024 TOURNAMENT GAME SCHEDULES

Welcome to registration for the 2024 45th Annual Vail Sportsmanship Tournament sponsored by the Vail Mountaineer Hockey Club and the Town of Vail!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.  

Please be aware that each team is required to provide the following documents prior to tournament participation

• USA Hockey Player Roster Form T-1, signed by Registrar
• Out of State teams must present an appropriate Travel Permit.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Pay in full at the time of registration via credit card or ACH transfer.
• Pay a $500 deposit at the time of registration via credit card or ACH transfer. The balance is due at least two weeks prior to start of each division. (Dates are detailed in the official tournament rules below.)

STAY TO PLAY:

All teams traveling from out of state, or a distance greater than 60 miles, are required to stay in one of the hotel properties provided by the Vail Mountaineer Hockey Club. Any team that fails to follow this rule will either be suspended from the tournament or face a $500 fine. Using an independent booking site (example: hotels.com) is not allowed. Teams are required to reserve their rooms through the contact provided by the Vail Mountaineer Hockey Club for each property.
