Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2024 VMHC Holiday Clinic
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. NO refunds will be issued after December 20, 2024.
Full Season
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis after review of the Executive Board. There will be NO refund if a player is removed for disciplinary reasons or has been suspended for violation of any playing rule, violation of VMHC Bylaws or Policies and Procedures. In the case of season ending injuries, a refund will be based on the missed portion of the season less a $300 fee. If a player leaves prior to the team selection process a refund will be issued less a $100 fee. If after team selection process but prior to December 1st a refund of up to 50% less a $300 fee may be issued.
2024 CPHL/High School
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis after review of the Executive Board.

2025 Vail Girls MLK Tournament
A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be offered at time of registration if full payment is not submitted. The intent of the deposit is to submit a team entry for evaluation into the tournament. Only if a division is cancelled or the Tournament Director denies entry of a particular team will the deposit be returned. Full payment is due by credit card or check AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to the start of the tournament. (January 2, 2025) Simply submitting a completed registration form does not guarantee entry into the tournament. The Tournament Director has sole discretion to determine what teams and division any given team may be accepted into the tournament and or which division they play in. Any team not accepted into the tournament, will have their entry fee returned to them via regular mail or Crossbar refund within seven (7) days of the notification deadline. Tournament fees will not be refunded once the team has been accepted into the tournament. Teams will receive acknowledgement of receipt of application via email and an additional email acceptance once a division is made.
