2025 Vail Girls MLK Tournament

Registration is OPEN for the 2025 11th Annual Vail Girls' MLK Tournament!

January 17-20, 2025

Games will be played at both Mountain Recreation Eagle Pool & Ice Rink and Dobson Ice Arena in Vail.

LEVEL OF PLAY:

Girls 10U

Girls 12U

Girls 16U

Girls 19U

(all non-tier)

FORMAT:

Round Robin format with 4-game guarantee.

For divisions with 4 teams, we will play 3 round robin games and a championship/consolation game.

Divisions with 5 or more teams, will play 4 round robin games. The top 2 teams will advance to the championship game.

ENTRY FEE:

$1,725 for Girls 10U and Girls 12U

$1,900 for Girls 16U and Girls 19U

A non-refundable $500 deposit is due at the time of registration, if full payment is not submitted.

Only if a division is cancelled or the Tournament Director denies entry of a team will the deposit be returned.

Full payment is due by credit card or check AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to the start of the tournament. (on or before January 2, 2025)

Simply submitting a completed registration form does NOT guarantee entry into the tournament. The Tournament Director has sole discretion to determine what teams and division any given team may be accepted into the tournament and or which division they play in. Any team not accepted into the tournament will have their entry fee returned to them via regular mail or Crossbar refund within seven (7) days of the notification deadline. Tournament fees will NOT be refunded once the team has been accepted into the tournament. Teams will receive acknowledgement of receipt of application via email and an additional email acceptance once a division is made.
